Shefali Dhir, P.T., D.P.T.

Shefali completed her undergrad in physical therapy in India and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UT Southwestern in 2011. She has spent her entire career focused on orthopedic rehab and has taken extensive courses in dry needling and in Graston techniques. When not treating patients in the clinic, she is busy beating herself up in the gym and spending time with loved ones.

Rebecca Senizaiz, PT, DPT, CPI

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Texas Tech University. Master of Physical Therapy, California State University, Northridge. B.Sc. Kinesiology with emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy, San Diego State University.

Rebecca’s passion for physical therapy began after she injured her knee playing basketball her senior year of high school. Since then, she has followed her path of becoming a physical therapist. Rebecca finished her graduate studies in 2014, receiving special education in rehabilitating orthopedic injuries in conjunction with Pilates.

Rebecca is a certified instructor in mat and reformer Pilates through Balanced Body.
Prior to working with STAR Sports Therapy and Rehab, Rebecca worked for 6 years in both Texas and California where she gained experience in treating orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, acute care, and wound care. She is motivated to learn something new every day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, exercising, snowboarding, traveling, and watching football.

Ben Glidden, P.T., D.P.T.

Ben is one of our physical therapists and a certified athletic trainer here at Star Sports Therapy. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He is currently participating in a fellowship through the Manual Therapy Institute to advance his manual therapy skills and treatment of orthopedic conditions. Ben enjoys being active with most sports but especially likes basketball, mountain biking, and snow-boarding.

Kinjal Desai, PT, DPT

Kinjal graduated in 2012 with Bachelor of Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of India, after which she migrated to USA in 2013. She continued her career as Physical Therapy Assistant in New York and earned her Masters of Rehabilitation Science with Musculoskeletal focus from University of Pittsburgh in 2016. She became a registered Physical Therapist passing her Board Certification in 2016. She has recently completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Montana in 2021, while continuing to work as physical therapist in different settings including SNF, Outpatient and Home Health. She brings in a total of 9 years of combined professional experience and takes pride in dedicating her time towards her patients. Her discipline and positive attitude makes her a great physical therapist. During her free time, she is actively pursuing her passion for learning Healthcare Clinic Management and has earned her Rehab Admin Certificate from University of Montana.
